Contact Kelly Ward (Wicomico County Health Department) via email with a CC to Dipti Shah (MD Department of Health) and Tri community Mediation at least four days prior to the event.
Provide two options regarding the date and time of the clinic.
Provide the approximate number of individuals wanting to be vaccinated and the type of vaccine requested (if known).
Give the health department a clear date to respond “Yes” or “No” (such as Close of Business on the next day).
If the Wicomico County Health Department can conduct the mobile vaccination clinic, then Kelly Ward will reply to all with an email back to you and begin the coordination process.
If the Wicomico County Health Department is not able to offer a clinic, Kelly Ward will reply to all with an email to let you know that the Wicomico County Health Department cannot grant that request. If you receive that email or do not hear back from the health department to provide a clinic at the requested times, follow up with Dipti Shah from the MD Department of Health.
