Hi all-
I wanted to invite you and your team to our Adventures in Ideas lecture series on Saturday, March 12. Corinne Pubill (Modern Languages & Intercultural Studies), Michele Schlehofer (Psychology), and Tim Stock (Philosophy) will present three perspectives on conversations they've had through the Lower Shore Vulnerable Population Task Force and REACH ethics initiatives. The conversation will focus on language, justice, public responsibility, and reevaluating who is included and who is isolated from the public good.
The event takes place from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. with a continental breakfast and light lunch included. Tickets are $30.00 each and there is some funding available for those who are unable to pay.
You can get tickets by ordering through the University Tickets site at https://nam10.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fsalisbury.universitytickets.com%2F&data=04%7C01%7Ccxpubill%40salisbury.edu%7C2b2ab92f7db4458bf60008d9fafac1ab%7C2472f1faf24f421badd7b01c4b49be07%7C0%7C0%7C637816777165353040%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000&sdata=CWMXzP%2BLgFDOeQEjJB67GU14x0SiN3aBWwQglW%2B03PQ%3D&reserved=0 or by calling me at 410.677.5070.
I've attached a digital flyer for your convenience. It's sure to be an interesting discussion and we are looking forward to community representatives joining the conversation.
